Every year in the U. S., more than 5 million homes: have some sort of termite problem, amounting to approximately $5 billion in damage. That’s more damage than is caused by tornadoes, fires, and earthquakes combined, and termite damage is rarely covered by homeowner’s insurance policies.
Termites work twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week devouring cellulous material found in wood, paper, drywall, and other materials in your home to provide for their colonies. And once termites find a good spot, they share their location with other termites using a sophisticated pheromone communication system.
Signs of Termite Pest Damage
Termites are usually active in hidden areas behind wall coverings, in crawl spaces, under foundations, and in still plates, making termite damage hard to detect. Common signs of termite infestation include:
- Mud tubes on foundations, walls and other structures
- Evidence of winged “swarmer” termites or their shed wings, usually found along the edges of floors and on windowsills
- Damaged wood, hollowed out along the grain, often lined with mud

How Do I Get Started?
Call our offices today at (931)505-1026, (615)752-9097 to schedule your termite inspection. One of our experienced termite inspectors will provide a thorough inspection of the inside and outside of your home, looking for termite evidence and conditions that would attract termites. If termite evidence is found, we will recommend a customized treatment and provide an estimate for the treatment to be performed. Once the treatment is performed or the inspection is done and no termites are found, we will place your home under our termite protection plan as described above, and the plan will be renewable each year. It’s that simple!
We offer the highly effective and environmentally responsible Termidor and Advance Bait Systems termite treatments. These products are registered with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
Advance Termite Bait System is mainly a preventative approach. Subterranean termites feed on the material in the bait stations and return to their nest, contaminating the colony. This process will eliminate the termite colony before they can do damage to your property.
Bait stations are strategically placed around the exterior of the structure(s). Our trained Technician returns every three months to monitor and replenish the bait stations. With this treatment, your property is under warranty as long as you are on service.
Termidor Liquid Termite Treatment is a highly effective liquid termite treatment that is applied in the ground around affected buildings. Termidor is undetectable – and unavoidable – to termites. Termites contact, ingest and share Termidor with their nest mates, successfully eliminating your termite problem. Termidor is virtually odorless, and most applications go unnoticed.
